What types of wood do you use for your furniture?
We exclusively use sustainably sourced hardwoods, including North American Walnut, White Oak, and Maple. Each piece is selected for its grain pattern and structural integrity.
How long does shipping take for large furniture items?
Standard pieces typically ship within 2-3 weeks. For larger dining tables or custom orders, please allow 6-8 weeks for handcrafted production and white-glove delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all standard items. Due to their unique nature, custom-built pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How should I maintain and clean my Woodchuck products?
We recommend using a soft, lint-free cloth for dusting. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth followed by a dry one. Avoid harsh chemicals and keep wood out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
Is assembly required for your furniture?
Most of our smaller items arrive fully assembled. For larger items like bed frames or desks, minimal assembly is required, and all necessary tools and instructions are included in the box.
